The Today page
Today is where you land after signing in — a personal queue pulled from every project you can see, framed as a day plan instead of a flat task list. It answers one question: what should I work on right now?
My day, triage, done
The page reads top to bottom as a plan. My day is the short list you've committed to now. Below it, triage is everything asking for a decision — Overdue in red, then This week grouped by due date. Done today collapses your finished work into a momentum strip so progress is visible without cluttering the plan.
- My day — tasks due today plus anything you pulled in with + Today. A pulled-in task shows a “planned” chip and rolls over to the next day until you finish or remove it.
- Overdue — deadlines already past, most urgent first. “Plan all today” drops the whole group onto your plan in one click.
- This week — what's due in the next seven days, grouped Today / Tomorrow / weekday so nothing sneaks up on you.
- Done today — tasks you completed today, collapsed by default. Read straight from the activity log, so it reflects real completions.
Planning your day
Pull a task onto today with + Today, reorder My day by dragging (or the move up/down menu), and check it off when it's done. Two of these are personal and one isn't — see the callout below. On desktop the row is keyboard-drivable: j / k to move, Space to complete, s to snooze, p to plan or unplan, o to open the task in its project.
Clicking a task's name opens its editor right in the project (the same deep-link a notification uses), so you can jump from the queue into the full context and back.
Mine vs Team, and grouping
Scope switches between Mine — your own queue — and Team, a read-only overview of every assignee across the projects you can see, ordered most-behind first (a lightweight standup read). In the Mine scope, Group re-organizes the pool by Date (the default), Project, or Priority.
Two quieter strips sit at the bottom: Mentions (where you were @-mentioned recently) and Recent projects for quick re-entry.
“If I snooze a task, does it move for everyone?”
Depends which action. + Today, reordering My day, and Remove from today are a personal overlay — only you see them, and you don't need edit rights (a viewer can plan their own day). But Push to tomorrow / next week reschedules the task's actual due date for everyone, so those need edit rights and are hidden for viewers. Marking done also changes the task for the whole project.
