Settings
The Settings panel tunes how the chart looks and behaves for you — density, fonts, what shows on bars, scheduling mode. It's personal: your choices follow your account across every project and don't touch what teammates see. Open it with the gear icon or ⌘,; changes save on their own.
What you can tune
The panel has four sections:
- General — default zoom (day … year) and whether new progress notes start Shared or Private.
- Display — show weekends, what rides on the bars (task name, assignee avatar, team), WBS numbers, collapsing done phases, phase coloring, the today indicator, and a “view weight” for clean presentation screenshots.
- Layout — a Density preset (Comfortable / Compact / Dense) that sets row/bar/font sizes together, plus an Advanced disclosure for exact row height, bar height, sidebar width, indent, and typography — including a self-hosted Pretendard face for English and Korean.
- Gantt — scheduling mode (Automatic cascades dependents; Manual just warns), highlight critical path by default, and dependency arrow visibility / width / color, with advanced toggles for SF links and phase-anchored dependencies.
Personal vs project settings
Everything in this panel is yours alone. Things that belong to the project — the working week (weekdays vs every day), trip capacity, the status set and its colors, the team legend, key dates, the project's default view and name — live on the project's own settings page instead, so a change there is the same for everyone on the project. Language is set once in Account → Preferences, not here.
“Can I save a set of filters and zoom to reuse?”
Yes, but that's a separate feature from Settings: a saved preset (Actions → Save preset) snapshots the current filters, zoom, and view type so you can jump back to a context in one click. It does not bundle display preferences — fonts, density, and the toggles above are account-wide, not per-preset.
